One of the largest redevelopment projects in Kansas
A revitalized community within a city, Crossgate District is a 13-square-mile area in southwest Wichita that is being transformed to its highest and best use — a place for families to live an thrive, a place for businesses to flourish, and a place to foster connection for generations to come.
Over the past three decades, potential for economic growth and land use has not been optimized. Crossgate District will honor the area’s past — nurturing the potential of lush land, encouraging a growing manufacturing industry, and serving a hardworking community of families who are eager for places to shop, dine and be entertained.
This underused, undeserved area will be transformed through a series of real estate investments including industrial, retail and mixed use development, as well as a commitment to bring existing resources together — maintaining what’s working — to elevate the quality of life in the area.
Ultimately 50% of Triple Crown properties will be located outside of the Crossgate District
To offset the capital intensive development / redevelopment projects taking place in The Crossgate District, Triple Crown is actively seeking to acquire cash flowing assets throughout Mid America. Primarily these real estate assets will be off market industrial / distribution, single tenant sale leaseback properties in the $2 million to $10 million dollar range
