Triple Crown Diversifies Portfolio with
Triple Crown has become the sole investor of Terra-Cotta Tower, located at 29th Street and Rock in East Wichita. Former investors Pat and Henry Do traded their equity in the Tower for partnership units in Triple Crown Realty Trust.
Triple Crown looks forward to remodeling the former restaurant on the first floor of the building and leasing out the fifth floor.
